Payment terms are in accordance with the following table:

50% of the full fee is due on or before the date of the photographic session.

The remainder of the balance is due upon presentation of the preview DVD by Visual Poetics Limited to the customer.

The copyright and ownership of all images recorded under the terms of this booking remain with Visual Poetics Limited. The customer shall have no right to reproduce nor to authorise the reproduction of any photographs created by Visual Poetics Limited unless Visual Poetics Limited has granted specific permission.

All original negatives/ digital image files remain the property of Visual Poetics Limited.

All images ordered remain the property of Visual Poetics Ltd until all monies have been received and cleared into the Visual Poetics Ltd bank account.

Visual Poetics Ltd will make very effort to assure your satisfaction according to accepted industry standards. However due to events outside of the photographers control, such as but not limited to, weather, venue restrictions or short timelines, the production of specific images can not be guaranteed.

It is understood that due to the technical limitations of the printing process, the colour reproduction of prints cannot be guaranteed to be identical to those viewed at the proofing stage.

Although the photographers exercise all reasonable care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of all photographic record, Visual Poetics Limited will only be responsible for the return of all monies paid to date.

The customer hearby gives permission for Visual Poetics Limited to display any images recorded under the terms of this booking for the purpose of promoting Visual Poetics Limited, such as but not limited to, brochures, display prints, advertising or website display. Providing that these images are used lawfully and without damage to the customer.
